This policy covers minesalabs.com and correspondence with Minesa Labs, operated by Mihir Jadhav. Our apps have their own policies. For PopDM, read the PopDM privacy policy.

When you visit

This is an informational website. It has no account registration, advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or forms. We do not set our own cookies or store information in your browser. Fonts and images are served with the site.

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. It processes technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, browser information, and request times to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Its processing is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

When you email

We receive your email address, message, and any details you choose to send. We use them to answer your request, investigate a problem, and keep a record of the conversation. Our email provider, Google Workspace, processes this correspondence to deliver and store email. Please do not send passwords, payment credentials, or other sensitive information.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared with providers needed to host the site and handle email, and when required by law or necessary to address abuse or protect rights. Providers may process information in other countries.

We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, or to meet legal obligations. Hosting and security records are retained under the hosting provider’s policies.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you have sent us. Write to support@minesalabs.com. We may need to verify that the request is yours. Applicable law may require us to retain some records.

Linked apps and websites follow their own privacy policies. If this website changes how it handles information, we will update this page and its date.
